  • Functional & Regression Testing: Conduct rigorous manual functional testing of new features and thorough regression testing during platform upgrades and patch cycles.
  • Security & Compliance Validation: Verify that all platform configurations adhere to specified security controls and data privacy requirements consistent with FedRAMP standards.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution. Work closely with the Development and Architecture teams to perform root cause analysis.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Assist the Business Analyst in preparing UAT scripts and provide technical support to government stakeholders during the testing phase.
  • Performance Testing: Monitor platform performance during load testing to ensure the environment remains responsive under enterprise-scale usage.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of dedicated Software Quality Assurance experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Technical Mastery of ATF: Proven experience implementing and managing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Onsite Commitment: Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH, 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Public Sector Experience: Prior experience testing systems within a state, local, or federal government framework.
