We are actively seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our professional team in Great Bend, KS, with opportunities across all three locations. This role entails providing thorough dental prophylaxis and assessing periodontal health to support patients’ oral wellbeing. The position is available on a temporary, part-time, or full-time basis with flexible scheduling and benefits for those working 32+ hours per week. Job Description

Conduct thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis) and oral health assessments
Determine patients’ periodontal condition and make appropriate recommendations
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and product recommendations, including 3M ESPE Clinpro 5000, MI Plus paste, Prevident 5000, and CloSYSII system
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate professionally with the dental team to deliver personalized patient care
Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and other safety and confidentiality regulations
Assist with preparing and maintaining clinical equipment and operatories

Salary Range

Part-time $36 - $45 per hour

Requirements

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations
Proven skills in dental prophylaxis and patient assessment
Familiarity with dental assisting and patient care protocols
Ability to work 3-4 days per week, flexible with schedule
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with a compassionate, patient-focused approach

Preferences

Experience working in multi-location dental practices
Knowledge of the latest dental care products and oral hygiene technologies
Comfort working with diverse patient populations
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and continuing education
