We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in South Orange, NJ. We are conveniently located just 5 miles west of Newark and 20 miles outside of NYC. Our ideal Physical Therapist has maturity, structure, integrity, dependability, timeliness, and great organizational skills. The incoming Physical therapist would work with two other full time DPT's and one PTA, as well as a chiropractor, therapy assistants, and other health professionals. Duties:
Patient Evaluation including initial exams (medical history, physical exam, and review pertinent documents|reports|imaging)
Formulate Comprehensive therapy plans
Patient education and instruction on benefits of continued therapy, lifestyle modifications, home care and therapies
Documentation|progress notes- computer entry for daily notes
Collaboration with colleagues and staff for high quality patient care
Frequent progress checks|patient re-evaluations to ensure goals are being met
Supervise physical therapy assistants
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy program
Physical Therapy License in NJ
Schedule:
Full time (Mon-Friday)
Compensation:
$100k-$135k per year
