What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.
Job Details:
Schedule: Can be one of two shifts: 4x10's starting at 10am. With potential for OT working up to 12 hrs in a shift. One of their days scheduled would be a Saturday. 4x10's starting at 4pm. With potential for OT working up to 12 hrs in a shift. The 4 days would fall between M-F. Most likely either a Tuesday or Thursday off.
Pay: $23.11/HR

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
  • Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
  • Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
  • Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
  • Complete training requirements
  • Restock product in picking areas as needed
  • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
  • Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
  • Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $21.46 to $23.11 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
