What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and community settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect accurate session data
• Complete session notes
• Communicate regularly with supervisors
• Work closely with BCBAs, program managers, and fellow team members in a collaborative model designed to support meaningful client progress and provide hands-on mentorship for Behavior Technicians.
You will receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA.
Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills
RBT Training Requirement
Applicants without prior BT experience must complete the required 40-hour RBT training prior to their start date. This is an industry-wide certification requirement and is not compensated.
Completion of the course is not required to apply or interview.
