Tu principal mision como Shop Manager de la tienda, sera garantizar que cada cliente reciba una experiencia excelente y en linea con el ADN y estandares de Rituals. Ademas, seras responsable de ejecutar el plan operativo y proyectos empresariales de la tienda, cumpliendo con los indicadores de rendimiento KPI y teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo del equipo.
Seras un ejemplo para tu equipo, reportando al Area Manager de tu zona, que sera a la vez tu mentor/a y la persona que te ayudara a desarrollar tu carrera en Rituals.

Cuales seran tus responsabilidades?

  • Desarrollar planes mensuales (incluida la planificacion optima de los equipos) en funcion de los objetivos de productividad.
  • Garantizar una excelente gestion de la tienda (control de caja, ausencias de personal, horarios, stock, prevencion y seguridad, mantenimiento), gestionar los presupuestos de la tienda (incluidos los gastos y la productividad) y actualizar los datos de resultados.
  • Gestionar el inventario y las operaciones diarias, incluido el stock y la limpieza del almacen.
  • Impulsar el bienestar y el compromiso de los/as empleados/as con sesiones/seguimientos individuales periodicos, estableciendo una conexion autentica con el equipo de la tienda.
  • Organizar reuniones de equipo para celebrar los exitos y reflexionar sobre las areas de desarrollo.
Requisitos

Tu objetivo sera ejecutar el plan operativo y objetivos empresariales de la tienda para maximizar la experiencia del cliente/a, el desarrollo del equipo y los indicadores de rendimiento KPI.

Y para ello, necesitaras:

  • Al menos 3 anos de experiencia como responsable de tienda en el sector retail
  • liderazgo y habilidades en la gestion de personas (comunicacion, coaching, conexion, inspiracion)
  • experiencia en motivacion y desarrollo de equipos
  • capacidad para tomar decisiones y resolver problemas
  • Nivel de frances alto. Minimo B2.
