'Simple shipping and easy freight' is the mission of YQN. We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers, such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Logistics Procurement Manager to drive carrier sourcing, pricing optimization, and partner management across parcel, LTL, and linehaul networks. This role is responsible for building and managing transportation capacity while ensuring cost efficiency and service reliability.

Responsibilities:

    • ource and onboard new carriers, including brokers, local trucking companies, and independent drivers
  • E
    • xpand capacity across parcel, LTL, and linehaul networks
  • B
    • uild and maintain strong carrier relationships
  • N
    • egotiate and manage rate cards with major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and regional providers
  • M
    • onitor market trends and update pricing strategies
  • S
    • upport account-level pricing setup and optimization
  • C
    • ollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • C
    • oordinate daily capacity allocation and resolve issues
  • W
    • ork with partners and other regional carriers to improve service levels

    • upport new account onboarding and rate integration
  • O
    • ptimize carrier mix for new and existing lanes

    • ssist in building scalable transportation networks

    • rack carrier KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, service quality)

    Required Qualifications:

  • A
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is required

    • ust have a minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, carrier procurement, or 3PL logistics

    • trong understanding of U.S. parcel, LTL, and trucking markets
  • P
    • roven experience in carrier sourcing and rate negotiation

    • trong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • F
    • luent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required
  • M
    • ust be able to work onsite in Fontana, CA

    Preferred Qualifications:
