We are a premier dental laboratory in New York, NY seeks an experienced Dental CAD/CAM Designer Manager to lead our digital design and production team. This full-time leadership role manages daily digital workflows, oversees software and milling operations, ensures superior aesthetic and functional quality standards, and mentors technical staff, offering a competitive salary range of $85,000–$115,000 commensurate with experience. Job Duties
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and train daily operations for the digital design and CAM manufacturing staff.
  • Advanced Design: Oversee and execute complex digital designs including full-arch implant restorations, crowns, bridges, and abutments.
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline digital case processing from incoming intraoral scans to final nesting and production.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect finished prosthetics to verify precision fit, occlusion, and anatomical accuracy before client delivery.
  • Equipment Management: Supervise maintenance and operation of laboratory scanners, 3D printers, and milling hardware.
