All-on-X / Full-Arch Exocad Designer – Lawrenceville, GA (30 miles NE of Atlanta and 45 minutes South of the Appalachian Foothills) (On-Site)


About the Opportunity:

A well-established and rapidly growing dental laboratory in Georgia is seeking an experienced All-on-X / Full-Arch Designer with strong Exocad skills and a solid foundation in both digital and analog workflows.


This is an on-site position within a modern, high-volume lab known for its quality, collaboration, and workflow efficiency. The role requires excellent technical precision, consistency, and an understanding of implant-supported restorations from design to production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and modify All-on-X and full-arch implant restorations using Exocad.
  • Work on an average of 8–14 units per day, including design adjustments and case refinements.
  • Collaborate closely with implant, design, and QC teams to ensure functional and aesthetic excellence.
  • Apply analog knowledge (occlusion, morphology, function) to digital case design.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and workflow standardization initiatives.
  • Support hybrid and denture-related cases when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in All-on-X / full-arch design.
  • Exocad proficiency required; 3Shape experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and analog workflows.
  • Experience with denture or hybrid cases preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and consistency.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling production goals.
