3rd Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a strong, hands-on 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee operations across all departments during non-traditional shifts. This role serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining adherence to company standards and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for all departments during off-shift hours.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and production requirements.
  • Review production schedules and prioritize work to meet delivery commitments.
  • Monitor staffing, workflow, and machine utilization to ensure adequate capacity.
  • Utilize the PLEX MRP system to review production, labor, and operating reports.
  • Communicate machine or facility issues to maintenance and coordinate urgent repairs.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Address attendance issues, employee concerns, and performance gaps.
  • Coach employees on expectations, conduct disciplinary actions when needed, and provide feedback.
  • End of shift reporting and strong cross shift communication
  • Forklift and crane support occasionally

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical or trade certifications are a plus.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience overseeing multiple departm
