We are offering this limited-time incentive for qualified new hires who join our team during the months of
June, July, or August.
Bonus Details:
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Applies to eligible 2nd Shift positions only (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Valid for hires starting between June 1 - August 31
Pay Range:
LPN: $30.00 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience
Weekday Differentials:
- +$2/hr for 2nd shift
- +$5/hr for 3rd shift
Weekend Differentials:
- +$2/hr for 1st shift
- +$3/hr for 2nd shift
- +$6.50/hr for 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations
- Assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and monitoring resident care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and attending physicians
- Support and guide LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Must possess and maintain a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
