Summary:

The RN, responsible for delivering competent, individualized nursing care to patients and families by utilizing the nursing process to augment the established medical plan of treatment within a specific clinical unit. Operating with a strong team orientation, this nurse integrates sound clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address the unique needs and acuity of the unit's patient population. The role emphasizes exceptional customer relations and professional communication, ensuring that care is delivered with both clinical precision and a high level of service excellence. By maintaining a focus on safety and collaborative practice, the RN serves as a vital advocate for the patient while contributing to the overall effectiveness and specialized workflows of the designated clinical team.

Shift: 7p - 7a
Education/Experience:

  • Associate's in nursing.
  • 1 Year of direct nursing experience required.
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BLS (American Heart).


Post hire Requirements:

  • PALS or NRP and specialty certifications per unit guidelines.
