Remote Operations & Growth Partner
Location: Denver, Colorado
Type: Independent | Flexible | Performance-Based
Level: Experienced Professional
We are seeking experienced professionals from Operations, Business Support, Executive Assistance, or HR backgrounds who are interested in applying their skills in a more autonomous, remote environment.
This is a self-directed role operating within a structured, proven global framework. You will be applying your existing capabilities across marketing, candidate engagement, and operational activities using established systems and processes.
This is not a traditional employed position, and not a client-service or project-based consulting role. Instead, it suits individuals who are comfortable working independently while following a clear model and set of workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute defined marketing and engagement workflows using established systems
  • Conduct structured qualification conversations with prospective candidates (phone/video)
  • Guide individuals through a consistent onboarding and development process
  • Participate in ongoing training, collaboration, and strategy sessions
  • Operate independently within a clear framework, with access to support and resources
About You
  • 7+ years of professional experience (EA, HR, Operations, Office Management, Project Coordination, or similar)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Interested in ongoing professional growth and skill development
  • Able to commit a minimum of 10-15 hours per week
