Production Packaging AssociatePosition Summary
The Production Packaging Associate is an entry-level role responsible for the proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position also supports production operations by loading and moving materials, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours
Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals
Comply with all company General Manufacturing Policies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Monitor conveyor lines and clear bottle jams as needed
Collect and dispose of dropped bottles according to procedures
Operate grinder equipment for discarded bottles when applicable
Inspect bottles during production, packaging, and labeling to ensure quality standards
Perform required quality checks, including drop tests on designated lines
Immediately report defects, abnormalities, or quality concerns
Monitor packaging material levels and restock as needed
Ensure accurate labeling, bottle descriptions, and packaging per customer specifications
Move finished products to designated storage areas
Set up and maintain organized workstations to support efficient shift transitions
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Responsibilities may vary depending on plant equipment and layout

Regular use of hands for handling, reaching, and grasping
Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

3rd Shift Position Monday-Friday 11:15PM-7:30AM

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
