Mission Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join our night shift anesthesia team under a unique coverage model that provides full-time salary and benefits while working just one-third of the nights each year.

Position Details

  • · Well supported 7p-7a shift
  • · Dedicated call room
  • · Work 121 12-hour shifts per year, self-scheduled within the team
  • · Full-time pay and benefits
  • · Overtime allowed if desired

Job Requirements

  • · Active North Carolina APRN license
  • · BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • · Proficiency in placement of spinal blocks
  • · Management of epidurals and peripheral regional blocks (placement not required)

  • · 815 bed Level 1 trauma center, flagship hospital of Mission Health
  • · Tertiary care center for Western North Carolina providing comprehensive surgical and anesthesia services across a wide range of specialties including OB, pediatrics, and interventional radiology
  • · Collaborative anesthesia care team model with 1 anesthesiologist and 3 CRNAs in house overnight
