Autocollator Machine Operator
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is currently hiring an Autocollator Machine Operator for a growing production facility. This is a higher-level production role that combines machine operation with material handling responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Position Summary
The Autocollator Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment that assembles color sheets into sequential sets. This role also involves material handling, quality inspections, and troubleshooting minor machine issues to ensure efficient production and product accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and calibrate autocollating machinery according to production specifications.
  • Load paper and production materials into machine feed hoppers.
  • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure products are assembled correctly.
  • Perform quality checks for alignment, missing pages, and other defects.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues, paper jams, and operational concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production and material usage records.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Assist with material handling and movement of production materials as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous forklift and material handling experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
