Our mission is to provide enriching careers for our people, to uplift our partners, and to benefit society through our products and services. At Circle we live & breathe by our core values, which can be viewed here.
Circle is seeking a world-class supervisor to lead the 3rd shift team through a period of significant improvement & growth. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a safe work environment within the production areas, and adhere to all safety guidelines at all times.
  • Sustain Circle's food safety program, including SQF, HACCP, & USDA Organic certifications.
  • Monitor & approve production quality documentation including regular adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Actively participate in prevention and correction of quality-related errors. Check and enforce personnel hygiene, safety, and required PPE.
  • Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and management.
  • Lead operational corrective action initiatives.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, machine changeovers, machine operation, & quality checks, when needed.
  • Review maintenance effectiveness with the mechanic and team members to identify opportunities for improvement. Prioritize, schedule, and ensure maintenance & repairs are completed to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage cleaning & sanitation tasks in accordance with Circle's Food Safety Plan.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
  • You have led a team of direct reports for at least 2 years. Preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing plant or comparable experience.
  • You have specific history & metrics to show how you took your team to higher levels of performance.
