Job Title: Supervisor on Duty (Third Shift)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor on Duty to oversee third-shift cargo operations and ensure the efficient handling of air cargo services. This role is responsible for leading operational activities, managing personnel, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring service delivery meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while upholding company policies, procedures, and brand standards.


Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $58,656 - $62,400

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all third-shift cargo handling and warehouse operations.
  • Lead, coach, and support operational staff to ensure productivity, safety, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate cargo documentation and operational records.
  • Coordinate cargo build-up and breakdown activities while ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
  • Oversee aircraft load planning activities and ensure compliance with weight and balance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable security, customs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond effectively to operational challenges and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, airline partners, regulatory agencies, and customers.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Open availability and willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, and scheduled days off as operational needs require.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and warehouse environments.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of:

  • Aircraft weight and balance principles and load planning procedures.
  • International cargo handling operations, including cargo build-up and breakdown.
  • Customs documentation and international shipping requirements.
  • Regulatory and security mandates issued by:
