BC/BE Pediatric Cardiologist – Outpatient Focused
Position based in Lansing with outreach clinics twice per month (within a 1‑hour drive of Lansing). The role includes some inpatient coverage at local community hospitals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Outpatient pediatric cardiology in Lansing and outreach clinics.
- Some inpatient consultative coverage in local community hospitals.
- Required participation in the call rotation schedule.
Preferred
- Passion for reading cardiac echocardiograms; echo’s performed by experienced pediatric sonographers.
- Fetal cardiology and ACHD experiences preferred but not required.
- Research not required.
Qualifications
- MD/DO, BC/BE in Pediatric Cardiology.
- Michigan medical license.
- BLS, PALS, ACLS (if stress tests performed).

- Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40.
- Hours of Work: 8 am‑5 pm.
- Days Worked: Monday to Friday.
- Weekend Frequency: Every third weekend.
