Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering operations across a multi-building corporate campus
• Supervise and develop a team of building engineers and technicians
• Maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements
• Coordinate specialist contractors and service providers
• Support capital projects, upgrades, and system improvements
• Monitor building performance and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and occupants
• Remain actively involved in field activities and technical problem-solving

What We're Looking For

• Current Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Senior Building Engineer
• Strong commercial building engineering experience
• Proven experience supervising or leading engineering teams
• Excellent HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on engineering work
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Motivated, energetic, and adaptable mindset

Ideal Experience

• 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory engineering role
• Experience within Class A commercial office, corporate campus, technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or institutional environments
• Experience supporting large-scale facilities and critical building infrastructure
• Relevant engineering certifications, licenses, or trade qualifications
• Previous Union Experienced
