Location: Newhaven Court at Clearview โ€” Butler, PA

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM โ€“ 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM)

Position Type: Full-Time amp; Part-Time Available

Pay Rates
  • Caregiver / Resident Assistant: $16.70 / hour
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $17.70 / hour (includes $1.00/hr CNA differential)
Position Overview

Newhaven Court at Clearview, an Integracare community, is seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers and CNAs to join our dedicated care team on the 1st Shift. In this role, you will provide essential daily assistance, physical support, and companionship to our residents, helping them start their day with dignity and comfort.

Schedule Options
  • Full-Time: 5 days per week (40 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage.
  • Part-Time: 3 days per week (24 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with morning activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Assist with morning meal service and distribution.
  • Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided and report updates to line nursing staff.
  • Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment for all residents and team members.
Qualifications amp; Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification: Current PA CNA license required to receive the $17.70/hr tier. (Non-certified Caregivers are fully welcome to apply at the $16.70/hr tier).
  • Experience: Prior experience in senior living or caregiving preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
  • Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.
