Total Warehouse Solutions is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company, and we’re looking for a driven, hands-on Inbound Operations Manager to lead our inbound department. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and know how to lead teams, drive production, and deliver results — we want you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all inbound operations including driver check-ins, unloading, and receiving
  • Manage container and trailer unloading, product breakdown, sorting, and palletizing
  • Ensure accurate inventory handling and visibility of production codes
  • Oversee daily labor planning, lumper assignments, and payroll processing
  • Handle pricing/quoting, reporting, and data entry systems
  • Manage cash/check reconciliation and weekly reporting to corporate
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, on-site leadership, and corporate teams
  • Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity improvements
  • Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and compliance protocols


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors
  • Monitor performance, enforce accountability, and handle disciplinary actions
  • Ensure proper staffing levels based on daily/weekly volume
  • Build a high-performing, reliable team focused on results
  • Lead safety training and ensure proper use of equipment
