Position Summary
Employee Force Provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual 3PL Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) operation in Fontana, CA. The ideal candidate will have previous logistics or warehouse customer service experience, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and hands-on knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and billing processes.
This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, and transportation teams to ensure accurate order processing, shipment coordination, and excellent customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
- Process and maintain customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Create, review, and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation.
- Process customer billing and ensure invoice accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track shipments and communicate delivery updates to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries, discrepancies, and shipment issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Work closely with transportation, warehouse, and operations teams to meet customer expectations.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a 3PL, warehouse, or logistics environment
- Experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Experience with billing and invoicing
- Resume must clearly reflect related experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and transportation logistics
- Experience supporting warehouse operations and inventory processes
