Position Overview

Designblendz is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive the launch of our newest product offering, Realtour. This role focuses on generating qualified conversations and demo opportunities with multifamily developers, owners, and operators setting the stage for our closing team to bring on new clients.
This position bridges traditional B2B inside sales with a high-growth product launch, requiring a confident communicator, a disciplined prospector, and someone who thrives on putting meetings on the calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book qualified discovery calls and demo presentations in-office or virtual with decision-makers in multifamily housing
  • Articulate the Realtour value proposition with clarity, especially the differentiation of our upcoming product release
  • Manage your pipeline in CRM with discipline: accurate notes, timely follow-up, and clean handoffs to the closing team

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable presenting in both in-office and virtual settings
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with interactive elements and basic Blueprint scripting
  • Familiarity with Twinmotion, Enscape, or other real-time tools
  • Experience with VR/AR or pixel streaming workflows
  • Understanding of architectural drawings and design intent
  • Experience working in an architecture or AEC environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent delivery of qualified meetings that convert into pipeline and closed business
  • A full, well-managed CRM with accurate forecasting and clean prospect data
  • Strong feedback loop with leadership that sharpens messaging and targeting over time
  • Contribution to building a repeatable outbound motion as Realtour scales
