The team is responsible for the establishment, governance and maintenance of global store design principles, guidelines and prototypical templates to ensure consistent design cues reinforce a strong experiential brand identity. Through clarity, focus, and coordination, we support business strategies and elevate the guest experience through retail design innovation. core responsibilities The Designer - Retail Brand Creative is responsible for creating compelling retail concepts and physical brand experiences that translate campaign narratives into globally scalable design solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you combine conceptual thinking with exceptional creative craft to concept and shape windows, retail touchpoints, pop-ups, and experiential moments. You help bring the future of lululemon retail to life through thoughtful storytelling, beautiful execution, and close collaboration across the Global Retail Design Studio. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design skills, and the ability to guide creative from initial vision through prototyping and global rollout.

Translate campaign narratives into physical experiences Produce sketches, renderings, mood boards, presentations and design packages Explore materials, lighting, graphics and storytelling Collaborate with Retail Design to integrate creative into architecture Partner with Product, Brand Marketing and VM as part of the broader team Support prototyping and creative testing Research fashion, retail, architecture, culture and emerging technologies Bring energy, form pin-ups to creative critiques and discussion qualifications 3-5 years in retail, experiential, environmental, or spatial design ideally within a premium consumer, sports, fashion or lifestyle brand Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence Degree in architecture, interior design, industrial design, spatial design, or a related discipline Experience working with agencies, fabricators, and production partners Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and 3D visualization Understanding of materials and brand experience Passion for physical retail and brand experience must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. The typical hiring range for this position is from $71,400 - $93,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
