Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and evolve brand identity systems including logos, typography, visual vocabulary, packaging, print collateral, and digital assets.
  • Create compelling web layouts, information architecture, and responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile formats.
  • Lead the art direction of photoshoots, visual content curation, and campaign development in collaboration with the product and brand teams.
  • Design strategic presentations, marketing materials, and social media content aligned with brand tone and narrative.
  • Partner with external consultants for website development and manage aspects of print production when required.
  • Contribute to wayfinding, signage, and, where applicable, product-related visual direction, leveraging 3D visualization tools (senior level would provide oversight).
  • Conduct research into brand positioning, trend analysis, and visual identity development to inform design direction.
  • Uphold visual consistency, craft excellence, and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to motion design and animated visual direction, developing dynamic content that enhances spatial storytelling and brand communication (senior level would provide oversight).


For Senior-level Applicants:

  • Mentor Junior Designers through design feedback, technical support, and professional growth guidance.
  • Lead design initiatives autonomously while collaborating closely with design directors, project leads, and interdisciplinary teams.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years (Junior), 3+ years (Intermediate), 5+ years (Senior) of professional graphic design experience, social media and marketing experience are assets.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Strong design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy, and impeccable attention to detail across both digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with digital platforms and website design; familiarity with image editing and photo retouching.
  • Understanding of spatial design and/or wayfinding applications is an asset.
