3D Modelling Internship information
What is the difference between 3D Modelling Internship vs 3D Artist?
| Aspect | 3D Modelling Internship | 3D Artist |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials | Typically students or recent graduates with basic 3D skills | Professional portfolio, relevant certifications often preferred |
| Work Environment | Internship programs, entry-level projects, supervised | Full-time or freelance, independent project work |
| Industry Usage | Training phase, learning on the job | Production role, creating assets for games, films, or design |
The main difference is that a 3D Modelling Internship is an entry-level position focused on learning and gaining experience, often with supervision. A 3D Artist is a professional who creates detailed 3D models independently, with a portfolio demonstrating their skills. Internships serve as a stepping stone toward becoming a full-fledged 3D Artist.
