RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Financial Modeler to join our superior workforce in Washington, DC. The Financial Modeler will provide onsite and remote federal program leadership.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for large infrastructure transactions, with a project and corporate finance structure
  • Analyze financial statements and perform in-depth financial analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and assumptions for model inputs
  • Conduct industry and company research to support project/transaction and recommendations.
  • Participate in client/team meetings and discussions, providing analytical insights and advice
  • Maintain and update models based on project activity and projections
  • Support an extensive complex portfolio of projects post loan closure
  • Ensure the models’ accuracy while enhancing the existing models’ quality
  • Recommend and implement process improvement measure
Requirements:
  • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
  • Five (5) years of experience in a financial analytics or operational analytics environment.
  • Experience with assessing financial strategy, conducting impact analysis, and creating dynamic models to support what-if scenarios
  • Experience in building complex data models fed from multiple data sources
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
