Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Designer and AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in 3D modeling, digital sculpting, and a deep understanding of human anatomy. As a 3D Designer & AI Specialist you will create custom mannequins and related products that align with clients’ brand identities and functional requirements while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate concept development, generate design variations, and enhance modeling, visualization, and rendering workflows using platforms such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, and ZBrush.


What You Will Do:

  • Advanced 3D Modeling & Digital Sculpting: Create highly detailed and production-ready mannequin and product models using industry software such as ZBrush, Autodesk Maya, and Autodesk 3ds Max. Integrate AI-assisted design tools to accelerate concept generation, refine forms, and improve modeling efficiency.
  • Anatomical Accuracy: Apply a solid understanding of human anatomy to ensure realistic and proportionally accurate designs.
  • Creative and Sculptural Aptitude: Demonstrate a modern aesthetic and a sound creative vision in all design work.
  • 3D Printing and Manufacturing: Collaborate with various teams to optimize designs for 3D printing and other manufacturing processes. Ensure final products meet quality, dressability, and durability standards.
  • AI Innovation and Exploration: Continuously investigate new ideas, processes, and AI tools to enhance design and production workflows. Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies and how they can be applied in 3D design and presentations.
  • Digital Pattern Concepting: Explore various techniques and processes to streamline workflows across development and production as well as customer facing presentations.
  • Rendering and Visualization of Mannequins and Environments: Innovate workflows to create detailed renderings and visualizations of products for client presentations and internal reviews using latest 3D and AI software.

  • Expertise in ZBrush, Maya, and 3D Max.
  • Experience using AI tools for concept generation, visualization, or workflow automation.
  • Understanding of digital apparel patterns and design as it relates to mannequin design.
  • Familiarity with rendering environments and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent technical skills in digital sculpting, 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
  • Knowledge of 3D printing technologies and design for manufacturing.
  • Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
