Collaborate with Core and Extended Teams to shape the future of energy storage. Contribute to the creation ofnew design tools, methods, and technical guidelinesthat set industry standards.

What You’ll Do
  • System Design – Define battery pack architecture based on product functions, customer specifications, and manufacturing constraints. Optimize technical and economic trade-offs to deliver the best solutions.
  • Design Studies & Justification – Perform detailed studies (stack-up, mechanical calculations) and integrate simulation results. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs (3D models, drawings).
  • Component Design – Define functional requirements for components in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders (MSDE, Purchasing, CDE, Laboratory).
  • Cross-Functional Innovation – Drive the development of design tools, guides, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
