As a Survey Technician, you'll support field crews and project managers in producing precise, high-quality survey deliverables. From processing field data and drafting topographic maps to reviewing boundary records and supporting layout plans, your work will directly shape the structures, roads, and infrastructure of tomorrow.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing selected drafting assignments, quickly and accurately.
  • Transform field collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD) produced drawings.
  • Produces ALTA, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, maps, Specific Purpose Surveys, Plot plans and Subdivision Record Plats.

  • Reduce field notes from field collected data into survey/civil grade base maps.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Survey/Civil profession required.
  • Minimum of 2+ Years of experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
  • LASER Scanning/ LIDAR/ experience a plus.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
