Job description

Technical Skills:Proficient in using precision measurement instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, helichecks, optical microscopes).Experience with 2D and 3D inspection equipment and software (e.g., CMM, walter helichecks, zolller vision systems).Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.Knowledge of cutting tool geometries, materials, coatings, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.Quality Assurance Knowledge:Understanding of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.Capable of performing final inspections and documenting results accurately.Ability to identify non-conformances and communicate findings clearly.Experience with inspection reports, lot traceability, and non-conformance documentation.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving mindset and willingness to continuously improve processes.Physical and Environmental Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Manual dexterity for handling small precision components.Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment with occasional exposure to dust, oils, and noise.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining or quality inspection is a plus.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tool inspection or precision manufacturing, preferably in a cutting tool environment.
