A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
  • Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
  • Review project scope with construction project managers
  • Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
  • Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
  • Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
  • Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
  • Attend client meetings, and coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 5โ€‘7 years of experience required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Revit and AutoCAD experience required; 3D modeling/rendering preferred
  • Licensure not required. GMA supports pursuit of licensure
