Job description

Evergreen Enterprises is a leading wholesale manufacturer of home, garden, and licensed sports products, with a growing portfolio of B2B digital experiences and ecommerce platforms. We sell direct to thousands of independent retailers nationwide and continue to invest in modern digital tools, customer experience, and ecommerce innovation.
We are currently seeking a hands-on Photographer and Video Specialist to support product video, video post-production, product silhouette & lifestyle photography, styling, and AI-assisted content production within a high-volume creative studio.
This role will work primarily with the Sr. Video Producer to support company-wide product video needs, including ecommerce video, PDP video, campaign support, quick product clips, branded content, and video post-production. In addition, this position will provide flexible support across silo photography, lifestyle photography, product detail photography, and AI-assisted image/video workflows as studio priorities shift.
The importance of this role is the agility it gives the studio. The Photographer and Video Specialist helps the team respond to changing B2B and D2C business needs by moving between video production, editing, photography, and AI-assisted content creation while maintaining a high standard of product accuracy, visual consistency, and attention to detail.
This role will also help support the studio's growing AI workflow, moving from silo product photography to AI-assisted lifestyle imagery, product environments, and quick video clips for social media, sales, ecommerce, brand campaigns, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sr. Video Producer to support product video production, video post-production, ecommerce video, PDP video, social media campaign video, and branded product content.
  • Capture and edit product-focused video for B2B, D2C, ecommerce, wholesale, retail, sales, and brand campaign needs.
  • Support quick product video clips, feature highlights, product storytelling, and campaign launch content.
  • Provide flexible backfill support for silo photography, lifestyle photography, product detail photography, studio set build outs, and product styling.
  • Utilize lighting, camera operation, product setup, styling, and composition skills to own the physical setup and execution of assigned photo and video shots.
  • Ensure product details, color, scale, materials, features, styling, and final presentation are represented accurately across photo, video, and AI-assisted content.
  • Help develop AI-assisted workflows for lifestyle image creation, product environments, image enhancement, video support, and quick content development.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve speed, creative flexibility, and content output while maintaining product accuracy and brand standards.
  • Support polished social media and brand campaign content when directed by studio leadership.
  • Partner with photography, video, creative, ecommerce, product development, sales, and marketing teams to understand asset needs and deadlines.
  • Organize, name, edit, export, and deliver final assets according to studio, DAM, PIM, and channel requirements.

Requirements
  • A portfolio, reel, website, or work samples demonstrating photo and/or video production experience is required for consideration.
  • Hands-on experience in product video, video editing, product photography, studio lighting, and styling.
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, product accuracy, and visual storytelling.
  • High attention to detail, especially around product features, color accuracy, styling, file quality, naming, and final asset delivery.
  • High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related production tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI creative tools for image generation, lifestyle scene creation, video support, editing support, or production efficiency.
  • Ability to shift between video production, video post-production, photography, AI-assisted content, and studio support as priorities change.
  • Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and ability to manage details in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume studio environment.
  • Familiarity with DAM, PIM, ecommerce asset delivery, Excel, or production databases is a plus.
  • Degree in photography, video, media production, design, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to lift and move products, props, and equipment up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience
  • Product video or product photography experience in an ecommerce, retail, wholesale, or consumer products environment.
  • Experience supporting a lead video producer, senior photographer, or creative production team.
  • Experience with home décor, garden, seasonal, gift, sports licensed products, or similar consumer goods.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop generative tools, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating short product video clips for ecommerce, sales, brand campaigns, or social media.
  • Familiarity with DAM/PIM workflows, file naming standards, and high-volume asset production.
  • Maintain studio equipment, props, samples, and workspaces in a clean and organized manner.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a flexible, hands-on studio content creator with a strong foundation in product video and editing, plus the ability to support photography and AI-assisted content workflows as needed.
This person should be comfortable working closely with the Sr. Video Producer while also providing backfill support across silo photography, lifestyle photography, product styling, and AI content creation. The right candidate will help the studio stay agile, responsive, and accurate as business needs shift across B2B, D2C, ecommerce, sales, social, and brand campaign work.
They should bring strong attention to detail, strong product accuracy, good creative judgment, and a team-player mentality. This role requires someone who is positive, collaborative, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed to support the broader studio team.
