Logistics Specialist

Description

A Logistics Specialist (LS) is a mid-level position in freight brokerage. An LS should be able to manage customer relationships, source carriers, build shipments and solve problems. The day-to-day responsibilities are:

  • Track and Trace Shipments.
  • Enter Shipments into our Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Cover shipments with carriers through a variety of methods.
  • Interface and service customers’ needs.
  • Solve Problems.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Status: Full-time

Hourly Pay: Based on experience.

Benefits: Over 50% of Health Premiums, 50% Dental and Vision Premiums (including dependents); Flexible Spending Account (FSA); Up to 4% 401k Match of contributions; Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life, and AD&D coverages.
