This is a wide-ranging role where no two days look exactly the same — you'll keep daily operations running smoothly, manage financial records, support the team, and make sure everything behind the scenes is organized and humming. Key Responsibilities

Daily Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and office activities across the team

Financial Management & Bookkeeping

  • Manage office financial records including invoicing and budgeting using QuickBooks
  • Track expenses and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Team Support

  • Assist team members with scheduling, communications, and office-related needs
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and the workspace stays organized and functional

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, events, and appointments

Qualifications
