Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Spanish Speaking

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Medina, Minnesota. As a Spanish-speaking RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver ABA therapy services in the comfort of our clients' homes, utilizing evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with families will be essential in ensuring a smooth treatment process.
