Behavior Technician - Part-Time Afternoon (Elizabeth, NJ)

Pay Range: $24 to $32 per hour

Position Overview
Flywheel Centers is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in Elizabeth, NJ. This role is ideal for someone seeking afternoon hours and meaningful, hands-on work helping children grow and thrive.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow a customized treatment plan to help children improve behaviors and build important life skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting

  • Follow behavior intervention plans as developed by a supervising BCBA

  • Record and track data accurately during each session
