Now Hiring: Strong Behavior Technician or RBT - $33-$37/hour | Urgent Case 1:1 behavior respite in Livermore, CA

Position: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: home-based Livermore
Compensation: $33-$37 per hour
Shifts: part-time Shift needed 26 hours a week. 4-5 hours Mondays to Fridays, and if possible 3 hours after 11 Am on either Saturday or Sunday.
About the Case:
We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for a sweet young adult male with can exhibit severe maladaptive behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
  • Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
  • Accurately document session notes and incident reports
  • Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team

Requirements:
  • RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
