Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Salary: $35,000 โ€“ $40,000

Education & Certification Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must obtain and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    • Candidates not certified at hire will receive training and must successfully pass the RBT exam to continue employment
Position Overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral intervention services to assigned clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and plays a key part in supporting client progress and treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver behavioral interventions in accordance with individualized treatment plans (Plan of Care)
  • Implement ABA sessions using Behavior Skills Training (BST) techniques as directed by a BCBA
