Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team! As a BT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data and document client progress, create a safe and engaging session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
