Job description

Part-Time | In-Home ABA

Immediate cases available.

Alpha & Omega Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Brooklyn, New York.

We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA.

Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Minimum 15 hours per week required
  • Cases available between 8:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 PM. More cases available in the afternoon 3-8 PM.
  • Afternoon and evening cases available
  • Consistent weekly assignments

Compensation

$20 โ€“ $35 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the childโ€™s home
  • Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect and record session data using a mobile device
  • Write clear, accurate session notes
  • Support development of communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
  • Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers
  • Mandatory communication device.
  • Must willing to communicate through Teams.

Training is available for candidates new to ABA.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation (required)

RBT certification is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain certification if not already credentialed.
