General Obstetrician–Gynecologist (OB/GYN)

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)

Location: Fulton, Maryland

We are seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate clinician interested in providing comprehensive women's health services within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
  • Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
  • Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
  • Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
  • Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
Qualifications
  • MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
