1st Shift and 2nd shift available
Job Summary
We are seeking Production Workers to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring materials move efficiently through the production process while maintaining quality standards.
Production workers assist in multiple areas of the facility including production lines, material handling, stacking, inspection, and general plant operations. This role requires individuals who are dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily production operations throughout the facility
Monitor production lines to ensure materials move properly through each stage of the process
Stack, sort, and inspect products during the production process
Identify and remove damaged or defective materials
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow plant safety procedures and operating guidelines
Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Perform general labor tasks as needed throughout the facility
Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays based on production needs
Requirements
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment with heat, dust, and noise
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation
Steel toe boots are required
