What you'll do: Funcion Principal: El Operator Production II realiza ensamblaje manual repetitivo, reparaciones complejas, prepara cajas de empaque, realiza ajustes de equipos, modificacion de breakers, verificacion y empaque del producto de acuerdo a las especificaciones y requerimientos del mismo. Tareas Principales: 1. Responsable por equipos, maquinas y materiales en el area de trabajo.

2. Responsable por la produccion y calidad del producto hecho en la linea. 3.

Ejecutar las tareas de acuerdo a las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad. 4. Ejercer su funcion de acuerdo al adiestramiento recibido MIL , incluyendo JSA (Job Safety Analysis).

5. Uso y cuidado de equipo de proteccion personal. 6.

Utilizacion correcta del equipo de seguridad en areas requeridas. 7. Actuar y velar por su seguridad y la de sus companeros.

8. Reportar cualquier condicion insegura a su supervisor y/o Oficial de Seguridad. 9.

Observar las reglas de seguridad establecidas y que se cumplan por usted y otros. 10. Contribuir con sus ideas a mejorar la salud y seguridad de la planta.

11. Estar atento a la prevencion de accidentes en su area de trabajo. 12.

Conocer y poner en practica la Politica de Seguridad de la planta. 13. Participar activamente en reuniones con el personal del departamento con el objetivo de discutir aspectos operacionales y/o administrativos de la empresa.

14. Cumplir con las normas, politicas y procedimientos establecidas por el departmanto de Recursos Humanos y la empresa. Responsabilidades del proyecto IIoT basadas en el alcance de la funcion: Discutir las metricas claves a diario con el personal de apoyo y de produccion (seguridad, situaciones de calidad, produccion del dia anterior, acciones y uso del sistema de IIOT) a traves del IIOT Dashboard, Visual Display, Tier 1 Board Mantener y hacer cumplir el uso de TDM y el sistema PDES en area de manufactura a traves de la conectividad del piso de manufactura Informar de problemas y anomalias en la reunion de Tiers a traves de la conectividad de piso de manufactura Requisitos: Educacion/Experiencia/Cerfiticaciones o Licencias: Educacion: Cuarto ano de Escuela Superior o vocacional Experiencia: 1 ano de experiencia en tareas relacionadas Skills: Competencias/Conocimientos: Ensamblar piezas en forma repetitiva utilizando materiales, herramientas de mano y maquinas complejas siguiendo los procedimientos y metodos establecidos.

Repararacion compleja de unidades. Inspeccion visual de piezas que utiliza. Verificar que cada uno de los materiales que utiliza este debidamente identificado.

Identificar y separar todo material no conforme segun metodo establecido. Traer a la atencion del supervisor o persona encargada cualquier anormalidad en el producto o proceso. Cumplir con todos los requerimientos de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la empresa.

Mantener limpia y organizada el area de trabajo. Conocimiento de programas de calidad establecidos. Conocimiento de manejo de ordenes de manufactura.

Relaciones interpersonales positivas. Puntualidad y responsabilidad en el area de trabajo. Habilidad y destrezas manuales.
