Job Description

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Welder. This position joins metal parts using electric resistance welding processes in accordance with production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
  • Handle materials and prepare workstation and equipment for production
  • Set heat and pressure settings per instructions
  • Dress welding tips and assemble parts prior to welding
  • Perform welding operations per specifications
  • Adjust welding arms, holders, tips, and water hoses as required
  • Perform rework and report material shortages
  • Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience welding or equivalent education
  • Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
