To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Handler in USA Fontana, Ca.

Report to the Warehouse Manager, Material Handler is responsible for the movement of materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations within the production floor.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Read production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority
  • Coordinate efficient flow of materials and products throughout the purchasing, manufacturing and assembly process
  • Work with internal departments (purchasing, planning, etc.) and vendors (as needed) to get updated status of materials
  • Inform production supervisors of material status and consult with supervisor to determine how to resolve outstanding materials that could affect production
  • Locate and distribute materials to specified production areas
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years' experience in manufacturing, warehouse management, or another related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Efficient time management skills
  • General understanding of blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, or engineering diagrams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

What the physical requirements are:

  • Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
  • Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor
