3:45pm - 12:15pm (2nd Shift)

Eastern Metal Framing of New Jersey is looking for a motivated and reliable Operator to add to our Production Team. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast pace and growing company. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitudes and a willingness to learn.

Job Function

  • Operate machinery in a safe, efficient, and productive manner to support business requirements.
  • Align and place tools, cutters, guides, and stops correctly in machine during set up process.
  • Achieve daily production goals and daily scrap goals.
  • Monitor and operate equipment and support staff during operation to ensure quality production.
  • Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels.
  • Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Keeps a daily activity log of production notes.
