Job description

The General Labor Worker plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity. This position requires a dependable individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and contribute to meeting operational goals.


Location: Tustin, CA
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift. Must be flexible to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
  • Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products
  • Operate basic warehouse or production equipment safely (as trained)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow company safety policies and work instructions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred (not required)
