Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to support Proceed Finance loan servicing and customer engagement. This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional service across multiple communication channels while assisting customers with financing solutions and account-related needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Perform loan servicing activities, including account maintenance, transactions, and adjustments.
  • Assist with AutoPay enrollment, online banking, bill pay, and account updates.
  • Research and resolve inquiries using internal systems and resources.
  • Address customer concerns professionally; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Explain account activity, transaction history, and product details.
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties, as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Customer service and sales experience required; banking or financial services experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with financial systems preferred.
  • Ability to apply bank regulations and compliance standards.
